Some people are getting too crazy powerscaling and trying to downplay others for wack agendas. Gojo arguably fought the strongest version of Sukuna who had his DE, full CT output, full reverse tech, and a stolen cursed technique 10S with a built in counter mahoraga that scales off of sukunas strength. After that Kashimo fought a fully healed but lacking DE/RT Heian Era Sukuna and progressively got more worn down as the chapters went and then Yuji nerfed him more with messing with the soul. The Sukuna fighting past few chapters would’ve been forced to use Open if it was Kashimo or Goatjo

I assume output corresponds with fingers since if fingers corresponded to CE reserve that would imply all finger versions of Sukuna are equally powerful with the only difference being how long they can fight. But that’s clearly incorrect just by portrayal.
Sukuna having diminished output similar to being sub 10 fingers would also fit with what we’re actually seeing with characters being able to resist him.
