Sukuna is able to use dismantle while maintaining Hollow Wicker Basket.

Normally you can’t use a CT and a simple domain or domain amp at the same time.

So either Gege just goofed or the benefit of HWB over SD is that it doesn’t prevent you from CT casting.

Could be another eureka moment from the Gojo fight. We discovered you can heal your CT with RCT post Domain.
So maybe this is just another Advanced Jujutsu nugget or Greg goofed
