rct is nerfed because of his low ce output. ce output lvl is the same for rct and other techniques.
to use world slash against kashimo, sukuna used enchants so he can replenish his output lvl

10 fingers, low RCT, and NO DOMAIN EXPANSION (that’s his biggest nerf).
