And with 10-finger's worth of reserves, his output is lower than it usually is thanks to Yuji and the lack of two hands, meaning his output is lower than what it'd have been for 10-finger Sukuna. I wouldn't say it's exactly 7 fingers, but it's definitely lower than 10—significantly lower probably.
