Yeah but Goggins can do what?
Like 500 push ups a set lmao?
Found this on google:

Goggins apparently made friends with a guy at Itzler’s gym and he let Goggins borrow a 50-pound weighted-vest. So of course, Goggins wanted to put it to use, and they did.
Do 15 sets of 10 push-ups with 30-seconds of rest between sets.

  • Total: 150 push-ups with weighted vest.
    • Itzler’s time: 22 minutes
    • SEAL’s time: 15 minutes

This is a hard one, even Goggins couldn’t go straight to ten push-ups without dropping to his knees after the sixth set. Yet all he kept saying was “This is great.”

And yeah this sounds tough as hell lol. Sounds like 6 sets of 10 with a 50 pound vest is reaching Goggins’ max on push-ups (at the time of this article)

I mean yeah but that's 50 pounds of added weight

People won't listen to him and other "Red Pill" bum asses if life wasn't hard for average men.

Now Idgaf but not everyone is as rich and handsome as me :kata:
hmm isn't that a bit contradictory to listen to his advice as an average men.
like you know his idea of *dominating* women and having muscular body etc can only work for certain types of men at the top of the chain not really for average men.

the average man trying too hard to be this hyper-masculine macho figure that beyond him is probably a turn off for me and many people 🤷🏻‍♀️

good for you for being among the privileged ones though:catblush:

I never said its a good advise, it is definitely pretty fucking stupid to take his advise if you are an "Average" man when the motherfucker is literally saying money is one of the biggest factors in his success with women, next to his physique and height.

But like people in desperation take it anyways because it triggers their nerves.

I think Kevin Samuels was much more effective for men as he told women who are at best "Average" to tamper their damn expectations.
Shit goes both ways, average looking ass or sometimes even some fat ass bitches think they are hot shit because of all the simps in their DMs and want a **** with 6 figures 6 feet and 6 pack abs and then when they are single in their 30s and hit the wall they start bitching.

Its okay to be average, it should be and it is in most of the world. But in America, women's ego is just hyper boosted and it has bad effects on relationships as a whole, men and women alike.

I'll give you an example, I am a good looking ass dude but I would maybe get 5 or so matches on bumble a day. I just changed my location to Mexico to see, and literally in 30 minutes I got like 100 girls liking me.

An average looking guy would probably not even get one match a day, or sometimes even in weeks. Again it is just one example but same in reality in bars and clubs

Or maybe you’re lying lol, here is the US army standard:

Here is what he would consider being “average” push-up norms for men based on age:

  • 17 to 19 year-olds: 19 to 34 push-ups
  • 20 to 29 year-olds: 17 to 29 push-ups
  • 30 to 39 year-olds: 13 to 24 push-ups
  • 40 to 49 year-olds: 11 to 20 push-ups
  • 50 to 59 year-olds: 9 to 17 push-ups
  • 60 to 65 year-olds: 6 to 16 push-ups

https://steelsupplements.com/blogs/steel-blog/how-many-push-ups-should-you-be-able-to-do

The US military has the average male being able to do far less than 50 consecutive push-ups, let alone Fucking sets of 50… lol
Mans talking straight out of their ass in this thread.

Next thing you know 10 reps of one hand pushups are the norm for the average gym goer 😂

Idk man. Give any soldier 17 hours and I think they can do a couple thousand lol.
Doubt

But you try it..see how many can you do in a day. I think you'd be above an average male, see if you can do about 100 in the entire day

I mean, my average pull up workout atm is 5x5 weighted, that’s 25 over the course of like, 10-15 minutes lol, give me a whole day and I’m pretty positive I can hit 100 unweighted lol…definitely not hitting 1,000 but 100 in 17 hours doesn’t sound that bad to me..lol

I’ve done all day sporting events before though, there was one occasion in rowing where for spring training, we rowed 1 marathon in the morning, and then at our afternoon practice our coach made us row another marathon lol. And we still had night practice after that. 100 pull ups in 17 hours my guy…yeah I’m going to say I can do that lmfao

I hit the gym 5 times a week, and been working out since HS. I don’t think I’m your average gym goer lol
You sound like you haven't worked out a day in your life when you say stuff like this :

Bruh a proper form push up is not rocket science.

Maybe you don't work out enough. Trust me anybody who regularly works out can easily pull 100 with two sets of 50

Most of the roided up freaks at the gym pushing 3+ plates on bench ez, can hardly do 20 push ups in a row.

In no world is 50 pushups easy for anybody that works out.

Then how you gonna say an average gym dude who works out maybe 2 or 3 times a week and just started a few months ago can do what you can do?

Like we gotta define what is average here. Its like some doctor saying their salary is that of an average American and every American can easily make 250k/year

DAFUC?

You also gotta understand pushing individual weights who most of these roided up freaks do don't 100% translate to push ups. Push Ups is more of a compound work out, working your your back, arms, chest and your core and fuck if you have weak ass core, you damn sure ain't doing good push ups and your form would be naturally fucked up.

Secondly these guys are heavy as fuck.

Apparently world class strong men like Eddie Hall and Thor Bjornson can’t do a one handed push-up.

No judgment, I cant do that shit either lol but just saying, push-ups aren’t easy.
