Well a few reasons. Most importantly until rippedcal flipped there was the census. Which we now know as fake bc it was called the same move as one of rippedcal.

But also the image used for his flip wasnt a vampire that I thought someone said dio was a vampire

Other reasons as well that I don't think helps much right now
