Everyone is getting crazy over the latest chapter. One says that Luffy has always been joyboy, others say it's the devil from the fruit. But I'm pretty sure it's neither. I'm also not sure how it's going to unfold, but I want to make my vision clear.

There is supposed to be a lurking legend in the wano arc. It's what Oda told.
In Kaido's flashback we found out he thought he could be joyboy, but it never happened.
We also learned that he is very attached to Onigashima and really made it his home. Marco told it was called a different name before

These details make me believe that Onigashima is the link with joyboy. Joyboy is on this island. How it will unfold I have no idea...

Some people on twitter still quote that interview with the higher up in the anime studio in which he talked about a "real enemy" after Kaidou on wano. Either the Marines will raid on their own will, without asking the 5 elders or it will be something completely unexpected. Evil Luffy? Xebecs return/ golden lion shiki return/ big mom doing a black zetsu backstabbing a weakened kaidou/ or just the world government forces that come in. Very mysterious
