So, is the implication that Joyboy's conqueror's haki blast solos anyone?,

Tbh none of the top tier would be bothered by a CoC blast.

Base CoC is only good for Crowd Control.
And momentarily stopping other from using DF.

I mean he had to do something.
He did what he could. Imagine if this was a buster call.
All the vice admiral and fodder taken out.
And momentarily even admirals would "stop".

This won't save him anyhow. Pretty sure emeth is dead by now because of Saturn.
