he tried to oneshot kashimo the moment he came on the battlefield and was surprised kashimo survived

its only after a barrage of attacks that we see sukuna heal himself

not to mention the attack which was supposed to vaporise anything ( said by the narrator ) didnt land on sukuna

and he had to counter it with his dimensional slash
