i understand some people who doesn’t like the new chara design but I didn’t think it was that bad or even bad to be honest

I agree the former was more in line with JJK atmosphere and the lines of the manga

the animation was nice too

let’s see but for now it wasn’t a bad episode at all

Yeah, some people are exaggerating (not necessarily here in Worstgen). Chibi Geto is the best thing of the episode btw.

Why did they have to change the animation style into something so abhorent?

Utahime bursting through the door after seeing mice wasn't even bursting at all - she glided over the floor, slowly, with sluggish hand movements.

Then there was the Gojo and Geto drinking soda and walking scene. Absolute clown shoes of animation. Who considers those spaghetti physics great?

FYI,.its the same animation team who did season 1 except this time there's change in Director. The new one is known for playing with perspective and Camera angles. He loves experimenting thats the reason why it could appear Wonky to some. It's possible he couldve also told the team to tone it down on the details for more fluid movements.

Also worked on a Chainsaw Man ep
and Ranking of King ep
