I really love the attention Geto got in the anime, but weirdly enough, I wouldn't have minded some filler here. Mostly about him being alone with his thoughts pre-village slaughter.

Also, ig the lyrics of the song might've been it for the Japanese audience, but the choice of OST during Gojo's and Geto's last talk in Shinjuku felt really off to me.

Yeah, the water from the shower, and later the rain drops mashing with the clapping he always hears was a really great touch. Anyone with trauma can relate to Geto's mental state there

Great episode (even if always a bit too short imo).

Geto's portrayal and personality/motives shift was really well done. As @NikaInParis said some filler would have been welcome.

This being said, I still think Geto would have made a better antag than Kenjaku, Noritoshi Kamo being one of his allies as they somehow share the same goal.

Really one of the best shonen char, but wasted imo.
