Basically the female MC wanted to save her brother from the villain as the main goal. Then the story ended with the brother getting freed, but he didn’t even remember his sister anymore and both MCs were killed, another chara of the main cast was also just killed off, the little girl who traveled with them survived, but had PTSD for life afterwards and to top it off the big bad villain survived and just won, making all their sacrifices useless

Honestly season 2 is not that bad. A lot of mistakes mixed with really good shit. People that pretend is as bad as season 7 and 8 are trippin.

So they went for shock value for the sake of shock value. Those always suck.

Last time I saw this they were still doing a handicap match vs Sukuna, dude’s starting to pull a Yhwach at this point.

But damn, so all of the current gen Shonen are all ending. Started off with Demon Slayer then My Average Academia, now JJK and Lacking Clover is in its final arc. With where Shonen is at now I wonder what the next titles will look like that will replace these shows. It’s gonna be even harder to stand out but what do I know, people been liking a mid series like Lacking Clover despite how much it has copied from Naruto and Bleach.
