King and Queen got similar portrayal fighting Marco, like how Marco/Jozu got similar portrayal fighting Admirals, Queen is more durable while King is faster and overall stronger, Queen lethal in terms of possible cyborg weapons he may have.

If Chopper striked King with the same attack he might have dropped less amount of blood but that remains quite speculative. I think regardless King is most likely faster than Queen thanks to his devil fruit nature. That adds additional power. Queen is probably physically stronger but King might be more durable. It shall depend on Oda's imagination.

King would get murked just as much, Queen has slightly higher durability thanks to his zoan, King is just a bird.
King is faster/more agile and has swordsmanship and some other weaponary, could also make up the gap with slightly better haki, Queen physically stronger/more durable and has his own cyborg abilities.
