I do basic training for leg every once in a while. I just find it boring, I used to do it more when I was boxing but I'm on a hiatus right now so I barely do anything for legs
Everyone has different goals I guess, I train for strength first and size second and I think the reason people don’t like training their legs is because they dedicate just one day out of the week to blasting their legs and end up sore the rest of the week.

If you increase the frequency but reduce the volume you’re not going to get sore after the first few times, I only squat and deadlift for legs.

It's not about the pain, it's about the type of exercices. I just don't like it. I'm not after size nor strength, just staying in good shape and good health
