"ACoC" didn't exist until the Roger/Whitebeard chapter. Not even BM/Kaido were using it in their clash. Oda made it clear in 2016 he had no idea what kind of tool he was going to use for Luffy to beat Kaido.

Your argument is essentially the same crap as people crying about Ace or Croc not having CoA in Alabasta, when Oda hadn't even invented it yet.

This has nothing to do with Zoro. I think Zoro will be Low Top Tier once he masters/trains the ACoC he unlocked.

Fair enough but in my opinion he was also refering to G4 mode Luffy

Kaido's own words: "what was it, gum gum what? wororo" implying that Luffy run out of haki and therefore he couldn't fight and use his AdvCoC properly (crude and clumsy)

And they got treated as such lmao the armored division went off on Yamato with them rpgs and did nothing to her.
Sasaki then got scared when he saw her using that arrow technique as well as when she was about to go zoan mode. The man was terrified.

In this case, strong = strongest. Because Kaido would only acknowledge someone as being strong if they are somewhat near him. That's obviously my headcanon btw
