Was rereading Wano this past week and man Kaido’s flashback even though it’s so short is one of the most interesting in OP

The implications it gave towards what happened at God Valley and Rocks is crazy as well

Implications? It gave no new info besides Kaido and Linlin being battle buddies before he made split once everything was said and done

There are people who don't consider whatever Kaido did during Oden's flashback and what he did at Yamato's flashback as Kaido's flashback. They think flashback must include Kaido only. We only need the Rocks' phase of Kaido's life to be revealed.

We actually got a lot about Kaido's backstory,but these things were missing:Moriah fight,recruiting his top commnaders,rocks incident,eating his df and all his defeats.The Rocks stuff is probably reserved for BB backstory.

The one flashback that was necessary - which was young Kaido's - was the worst one out of the lot

Oden's focused equally on Orochi as on Kaido. And Yamato's just reiterated what we knew already - he was a brute of a father.

We will find more about Kaido when Rocks is introduced. For that reason IMO Oda didn't reveal much, maybe One Piece would had been spoiled.
