I thought about it and I think I have idea why jack is such Failure.... its simply hes overconfident, and the obe to blame for this is no other but Kaido himself, allways praising him even at hes loses... the guy couldnt get a win no matter how hard he cheated and tried... Jack simply started to believe he realy is strong when hes not... he thought he will take on fuji and budga alone, failed hard. Poisoned minks still failed . Thought he could bring down zou alone, failed hard. Thought to take down Ashura failed hard... thought F6 are weak went to fight scabards , failed hard.... hes was simply to overconfident becouse of Kaidos praises.... No wonder King and Queen made fun of him.... probably even right now in hes sleep while KO he thinks how badass he is when the drought in hes epithet only means drought of wins....

Oda used Jack just to hype the beast pirates and show off the first character with a billion bounty. While King and Quenn are charismatic characters, Jack's development is worse than that of the tobiroppos.

Yet Jack actually took out a portion of the alliance twice. The only real loss the strawhats have in this entire raid were the minks.

Queen and King aint do anything but get defeated in 10 minutes. At least Jack ( hell, even Ulti ) came back for multiple rounds.
