You clearly doesn't know what One Piece is even after reading the history.
Roger NEVER HAD ONE PIECE. One Piece is News made up. King of Pirates is News made up. GOLD ROGER is News made up.
Roger did learned about the whole history once he got to Laugh Tale. But this has nothing to do with One Piece.
Roger learned about One Piece when he already sailed off Laugh Tale. And he only talked about it when he died. Would be too obvious for him to comeback there and hide his treasure.
Laugh Tale is a difficult but obvious place to hide a treasure since he is the first since void century to reach that island.
One Piece is not at Laugh Tale.

In the last chapter we discovered that Kaido know about Joy Boy, soo probably he knew at least something about the will of D., probably from his times with Rocks, as Rocks seems to have been after the mysteries of the world, and probably even have discovered about the existencia of Imu, thats why he want to become the New King of the world.
For what seems, the Will of D. is not completely know by anyone besides Roger Pirates, WB and the high ups of the WG, but some people in the world at least seems to knew that there's something with the D. people and have some info on this.
