Don't take it seriously, the Strawhat traveled half the globe aboard a caravella ( ship that can travel a max of 28 km in a day ) in less than a year

Let's say they been traveling for an all year without never stopping :
28 x 365 = 9125 km
That's half the circumference of the one piece world , double it and you get the all circumference ( 9125 x 2 = 18.250 km )
Real life earth circumference is of 40.075 km

Now that's not the precise circumference of one piece world , cause i highballed it by maximize the days they been traveling
The real circumference is probably much smaller than that
