I know that Edo´s are weaker as the Alive Version but this is Alive Hashi+his Edo feats.We talk here about the same Hashi who fought Madara+100% Kurama.And his Edofeats counts as well

Hybrid Kaido will be a beast and he has likely awakening. When Kaido will be all out I think this will be quite different.

But Hashirama wins for now i think.

Hashi wins via better Hax and Firepower,particularly Senpō Mokuton: Shin Sūsenju and his Barrier which was strong enough to take Juubi´s Bijuudama,hence Kaido has no way of getting out of it

Mokuton: Mokuryū no Jutsu can also suck out Kaido´s Haki
