His counter is an instant one shot.

Of Queen uses gas Kaido uses wind to blow it away. If Queen tries to penetrate his skin it doesn’t work because Queen doesn’t have ACoA

It spreads on contact not penetration, Kaido gets infected the second he touches Queen

Kaido doesn’t have to touch Queen it’s not like he punches and kicks often. Queen does for TB or Bolo breath

GB made it very clear commanders are not much of a big deal to top tiers. Kaido one shots queen. King will endure Kaido's attacks in flame mode but will eventually lose.

Kaido high diff. He can't lose because they don't know ACoC or even Internal Damage but King is tougher than him.

Knowing about King's secret makes a real difference in fighting him. Even without that, I say Kaido mid diff. But those two would be quicker to sell each other out than take the bonafide L

Let us not act like she didn't get sent flying back by Jimbei multiple times.

Big mom being like these is not taking into consideration when talking about hypothetical matchup when plot got nothing to do.
Matching Kaido 1v1 for 3 days and the other day getting clowned by Strawhats weaklings.
We can't do a linear power scale regarding BM

Depends how lord Cracker can block elemental attacks. Katakuri is a logia so AOE without haki isn't damaging him, but it could theoretically keep him in check.

She would eventually win ofcourse but it might be a drawn out fight thanks to Katakuri's evasiveness.

True soul pocus might be her method, I suspect someone like Smoothie would fold like Laundry.
