That's it ? They're the 3 weakest. Kaido walks all over them.
Unsure about Rover, he's durable but doesn't have much else to offer. Gouketsu gets slapped. You need at least a Golden Sperm level fighter to take on Kaido. He and Orochi would be a close match for him.
If the latter fuses with Psykos they insta-kill Kaido and Big Mom combined lol.

Homeless is a glass canon and prone to getting blitzed. Kaido Thunder Baguas him and lays him out.
Rover is all durability himself, his blasts aren't something Kaido wouldn't be able to tank, i don't know what kind of difference he'd make really. Like, i don't think they can do more damage than the Supernovas, none of these guys have power feats on the level of Luffy or Zoro.

Yeah Kaido is a good deal above Nyan, Ugly, and Emperor.
All the cadres against Base Kaido can be fun (except Orochi and Golden Sperm) : Psykos, Black Sperm, Gum, Ugly, Nyan, Homeless, Evil Natural water, Gouketsu, Nyan, Rover, and Elder Centipede
You need monsters like Tatsumaki, Golden sperm or Orochi to really fight someone like Kaido.
All the cadres against Base Kaido can be fun (except Orochi and Golden Sperm) : Psykos, Black Sperm, Gum, Ugly, Nyan, Homeless, Evil Natural water, Gouketsu, Nyan, Rover, and Elder Centipede
You need monsters like Tatsumaki, Golden sperm or Orochi to really fight someone like Kaido.
Tatsumaki will likely win. But to be honest full health Tatsumaki can beat all the cadres by herself minus Orochi and golden sperm.
And I'm still waiting for Awakening Kaido and his strongest feats.
Tatsu can beat him but she will need to put some power into it.
The lower cadres are strong but they are high tiers at best in the One piece world. And they all have some drawbacks. Homeless has maybe the best fire power but is glass canon, the others are overall strong but a lot less than Kaido etc. Kaido can eat Kong gun or other SN attacks quite easy.

Definitely not lol. She comfortably deals with Psykos’ continental leveled blasts. Kaido can’t scratch her barrier and has no defense against her telekinesis. He gets squashed into a meat ball very quickly lol.
It’s been stated that you can resist her a little if you have enough will power, but not negate her powers, at most Kaido would be a minor annoyance.

Yes tatsu will crush Kaido in the end but Kaido has insane willpower : haki, COC, Yonko etc. Law said he can't even move Kaido because of his haki for exemple.
And Awakened Kaido will have insane durability. She will need to put some pressure on him to crush his skull. Kaido at his best can eat WB attack powers etc.
But yeah I agree Tatsu is too much. Her feats against Psykorochi are beyond One piece world.
