IDK Kamui, but isn't Groot lowkey immortal? He is tougher than adamantium and should be able to control whatever vegetation Kamui himself produces.

In MCU he is strong but nothing huge compared to the comics

Still, even GotG 1 Groot is more resistant than Kamui, from what I'm reading on the MHA dude, who's just wood. Groot outpunches him.
