You can't act like they weren't retaliating to people doing damage control by immediately making threads about Katakuri "neg diffing" King, how King is the weakest YC1, and all this other bullshit to discredit Zoro defeating him. They were just happy about the chapter until all of that started

Both are idiotic. This isn't just about King and Katakuri but a consistent lack of any capability of making significant contributions to the community apart from making up diffs, power levels, categories and such things Oda pays small attention to.

Yeah I can't argue with that, I agree. But tbh it's honestly too far gone to fix at this point. There are many threads that actually attempt to discuss engaging and friendly topics but they get drowned out by toxic threads

Indeed, which is why this forum is a waste of a community. I remember I used to post more theories, analysis and so back in Oro Jackson and earlier here; but now I just feel unmotivated, like this place doesn't deserve such effort since everything will end up turning into whatever war between losers we're used to. Why did the Tobi Roppo disrespect King? In a crew made up of a simple "might makes right" philosophy and a strength based heirarchy, filled with people who aim to surpass the other; ofcourse things won't be as rosy and pleasant like it was in the Whitebeard Pirates and the Big Mom Pirates.

Those two crews are families, the Beast Pirates clearly are not. The hypocrisy is with your post. You choose to look at context when it's Katakuri, when it suits you, and to ignore the context when it's King.
