There was already the point where most people agree that Mihawk can solo MHA.
Changing him against Katakuri, doesn´t change anything, since the gap in terms of stats are too high. The only chance the MHA verse has is, if we equalized the speed, or mostly all other stats. Without any given advantages for the MHA verse (Knowledge about Katakuri, preptime, equalizing, etc.), they are no match.
