Kid Buu wins this one cause he is the most evil one of all and the more evil he is the more powerful he is..!!

Super Buu is without a doubt the stronger one, Goku openly stated that Super Buu was stronger than both him and Vegeta at their best and would kill them if they tried to fight him. Compare this to Kid Buu who was relative to SSJ3 and who Goku could keep up with. I could be wrong about something tho feel free to correct me.

Super Buu > Kid Buu >= Majin Buu.

Super Buu was stated to be a more battle ready form than Majin Buu iIRC, not that his power increased but his ability to use it suited his form better. Kid Buu has the same thing going on but without virtue of a Kai inside him.
