Character Discussion Kid running towards BM does not make any sense.

Kid has many good reasons to fight Kaido.

• Kaido has beaten his crew and made Killer becomes laughter
• Kid boldly announced to revenge Kaido and threaten Luffy not to interrupt
• In chapter 1010, He knows that Luffy got beaten being unconscious and that Zoro is half-death

So basically, he left Law and half-death Zoro to continue fighting Kaido while he turns himself into a coast guard.
What is the explanation of this shameful behavior?

I would say Kidd has a bigger reason to fight Kaido than Luffy does.

Its not like Kaido fucked with Luffy's crew and permanently caused one of his nakama to become a laughing maniac even though said nakama absolutely hates his own laughter. Oda letting Kidd go to force a 1v1 between Luffy and Kaido even though its a shit way of doing it...Same with Law, why is that bitch leaving? Is he soo weak he wouldd just be in the way? its not like he is injured like Zoro or anything, he can still fight...

Given what we’ve just learned about CoC and that Kid has it, makes him suitable to fight her. Hopefully he gets a haki bloom to utilise it.

I totally agree this makes no sense.

Kaido and Orochi tortured them. Orochi gave Killer a smile.

And Kid changes target? Besides Kid already said in chapter 927 he never wanted Big Mom's head so why go to her then? Kid was threatening Luffy because he said several times that he was going to do Kaido

But oddly he's going to Big Mom? That does not make any sense.

Mainly just to force a 1 v 1 for Luffy and Kaido tbh, It was pretty out of character for him to go chase Big Mom. I won't call it complete bs yet because maybe Kidd plans to return to the Kaido fight and there are connections and prior beef between Kidd and Big Mom. But if Oda just decided to make him drop his grudge against Kaido out of nowhere, after everything him and his crew went through, I am calling bs. 80% of Kidds dialouge in Wano is him talking about beating Kaido or arguing with Luffy over who beats Kaido lol.

Considering he created the SN's just because some editors told him to do it, and then he was stuck with them and had to create plots for all, I get why he isn't consistent about them, at least.
