Luffy is in elbaf, Law is somewhere else(Bepo watched VP’s message), and Kid/his crew have yet to be seen or heard from.

Elbaf seems to be a somewhat contained arc with limited outside influences. Idk why Kid should show up out of the blue.

Getting destroyed usually puts characters out of the count for a while. If his crew was able to save him, they shouldn’t be in peak shape to fight more battles.

he got destroyed off the coast of elbaf, so if he's not dead and drowned, this is the place he'd probably wash up on shore. kid is a very boring character to me but if he isn't dead, he's probably in the underworld.

The whole argument is that Kid should be in Elbaf, so no you cant establish they are all in different places. The timeline is pretty simple

2 days ago - Kid loses to Shanks
1 Day Ago - Siege of Egghead takes place
Current Day - Events of Wano.

Elbaf is also huge, look at how small the castle that dwarfs Luffy is

Kid not being involved currently makes sense if you consider how small he'd be, and him being hurt from losing to shanks just 2 days ago.
