This was years before wano. Oda drew Kidd and the other supernova in 2011. Sbs volume 64. Im betting this is kidds big power up in his hand. It can’t be a coincidence he’s holding a robot. Also you can see what looks like a window where eustass could be if he’s in it.

Giant metal robot/mech. Either this is a transformation he already has or it’s his ultimate powerup.

most possibly with this he picks up the giant sword

Since we already have Franky Shogun and Douglas Bullet Awakening : it would be too much no ?

this could mean two things:
- he already had his devil fruit at the time.
- he searched for it and actually got it (+1 L for sanji).

But what's that supposed to do though?
If he could cover it in haki, we would have a discussion (discount Bullet basically), but this way.. He would just be one big piece of scrap. That stuff gets completely destroyed in sceonds. Yeah it might have high "physical strength" and a strong punch, but it would still get wrecked instantly.
That's also the reason why I have a difficult time seeing Kid doing anything really outrageous..
But I still hope thathe will surprise me, cause I'm actually a Kid fan myself.
