Chapter Discussion Kidd's too slow (in this form)

When Kaido attacked them with the wind scythes, everyone else was able to avoid or deflect it with ease, yet Kidd was the only one to get hit.

Makes sense since he's got on him a huge mass of metal on him. But that seriously reduces his speed which vs Kaido and Big Mom, isn't going to bode well.

Right now he's probably the slowest SN in this form. Do you think he'll change things up or stay in a mecha suit?

Nah nothing to do with speed. Kid legit just had no reason to dodge. The wind blades weren’t going to actually hit his main body. Similar to how the scabbards couldn’t perceive the blades but only 1 person got hit.

In this case the attacks trajectory wasnt in line with Kid. It managed to line up with one of his arms. But moving them out the way literally irrelevant. Kid controls metal cutting his arms basically like doing nothing....

Kidd is a brute strength brawler. Brawler is usually the tanking type fighter. Kidd will stay in Megazord form until something happens.

That’s a cutting attack. How’s cutting metal in half relevant against someone that controls metal? He’d literally just put the shit back together as if nothing happened. Which technically u see this chapter, his arm gets destroyed early on. But he has 2 when he slams Kaido.

But the point is, his overall speed is slower than the others right now but perhaps he doesn't need to be that quick if he's fighting alongside the others.

Kid is probably the tankiest guy there, besides maybe Luffy, so being the slowest on the Supernova side wouldn’t be a bad consolation.

If he was too slow to dodge, he wouldn't even react and block Shiva lightning, something no SN could do .

My point that u got that base off him not dodging. When in reality it just there was no reason for him to dodge in the first place.

They still contribute to him avoiding damage. If he has a large supply of junk, it can come in handy for lengthy battles, especially if the enemy doesn’t have wide AoE like Kaido or Linlin.

If it is scrap then it is already destroyed in some way to begin with; Kid doesn't need to worry about it. He even states it is no big deal because it's junk anyways, and next time we see him it's already reattached.

He reached Dragon Kaido after Luffy punched Kaido so with so force, he's falling backwards, so he didn't have to have 'speed' to do that move:

I'll give you he was quick enough to block the lightning with his arms, but that's not necessarily his dodge speed though.

He moved out of the way, it's like saying 'what if Law didn't shamble himself'
Avoided the attack, lost half of the mechanic arm cause he's a large target (larger than base Kaido) and built it back in 1 page
