I mean, B would win but Deidara is definitely dangerous. C3 leveled up a village and C4 is a one shot ability pretty much. B can definetly win but if he's not careful, things might end up differently

How is Bee’s taijutsu useless? He has significant reach to the sky with tentacles and the size of a tailed beast. CQC is one of the best ways to push Deidara and keep him on his toes all the time, which Bee happens to be most proficient at.

Deidara actually has a chance, not because of individual stats but rather because of matchup advantage. He can literally stay in the air spamming bombs against a grounded B whose only option is using tentacles to tag him, tentacles that Deidara should easily dodge with his bird. And if B decides to go full tailed he's basically an easier target against a village buster bomb
