But the fact is that if he gets one of the 3 bounties I listed he deserves it.
I used Kidd as the perfect tool to track Killer's bounty down.
As I said in the thread I think Zoro will be the only one of the subordinates that will knock the 1,500,000,000 wall down with a bounty of 1,520,000,000 (in my opinion) maybe even 1,6xx,000,000.
Killer might not have defeated a Calamity on panel but if Govt. got the info of his strenght (most likely) they would know that they can put him confortably on a higher level of threat than someone like, let's say, Jack.
Maybe not Queen, since he's a scientist with genocide weapons...
In a nutshell, there is no plot hole or drag in Killer getting such bounty, it's only fair and rafforced by the bounty of his Captain.

I’m pretty sure it’s clear that the rooftop fight is not going to be considered for the bounty of the participants. If it was Oda would’ve split up the 9 billion 5 ways, or at least allow some wiggle room for Killer and Zoro.

From there Killers bounty will purely be built on his fight with Hawkins, a Headliner of the Beast Pirates, and his connection to Kid.
