He doesn’t deserve more than the 600-900 million range.
They don’t just hand out bounties over a billion all willynilly.
Killer isn’t that significant of a threat in the grand scheme of things. His captain isn’t going around beating up despots and warlords and returning power to the people or anything crazy like that.
It’s yet another reason why these new bounties make no sense.
Of the three, only Luffy is consistently acting in direct opposition to the WG and Gorosei and their interests. His bounty should be about double of the other two. That doesn’t mean I think he should be 6bn, but I sure as hell think neither Law nor Kidd warrants anything close to 3bn. I’d say 2.1~2.3bn MAX.

Big Mom has more than 4 billions and Katakuri, who is far stronger than Killer, is just above 1 billion 
I was expecting killer to get a 500-700 million bounty but if Kidd and Law can get a 3 bil bounty then anything is possible, I don't see him having a bounty equal to zoro's but since he's a YC1 now he should be getting a 1 bil bounty
