I think around a billion seems appropriate. He defeated a 320 million man, was on the rooftop as one of the leaders of the New Generation that faced two Yonko and he's the partner to a 3 billion man. He should get a noteworthy bounty. We'll see. I expect Kid's bounty and rooftop presence to give a decent boost.

A high bounty for Killer is a heavy blow for Luffy and Sanji because it implies an important part in Yonkos defeat, as Hawkins wasn't even a tobiroppo and was on the side of Holdem and Speed.

His and Yamato's bounties are the most important of the new ones because they will explain Oda's view of power.

He defeat queen who is away stronger as hawkins and sanji fought hawkins and xdrake together and he was alone

When it comes to his Vice-Captain, First-Mate and Partner Killer the opinions and prediction of the community about his bounty are always extremely low or extremely high, presenting remarkable digits differences between each others.
Some say 500,000,000...
Some say 700,000,000...
Some say 900,000,000...
Most say 1,000,000,000...
Few say 1,400,000,000...

Such difference in range predictions is almost characteristic of him, you don't see the same with Zoro, Sanji or the rest of the SHs for which the community has a pretty solid and concordant idea about the ranges. Do you want a pragmatic range about Killer's imminent bounty too?



Luckily for you there is Rerere helping you with the right fucking questions, but let's start by taking a look at the digits...

The key component, missed by most of the community members, is that when it comes to Killer's bounty Oda will probably go at it by proportioning it to Kidd's, as I said many times. It has been this way in the past too. So now that Kidd's is revealed, we can make some more accurate guesses...

Considering the past bounties of the couple (Captain - First Mate) we had 2 different proportions:
- INTRODUCTION AT SABAODY ---> Killer's (162,000,000) was x0,51 times Kidd's bounty (315,000,000)
- RE-INTRODUCTION AFTER THE TIME-SKIP ---> Killer's (200,000,000) was x0,42 times Kidd's bounty (470,000,000)

Now, we can see that its always been either half of Kidd's (like in Sabaody) or a little below half (post-TS) and if we apply said coefficents to Kidd's current, Killer possible results are the followings:
- 1,530,000,000
- 1,260,000,000

But we should apply some logic too and since I doubt Killer will surpass the 1,500,000,000 milestone (only one I can see doing that right now is Zoro) I would only take the second as a good bet, also cause 1,260,000,000 is a straight up callback to Killer's Sabaody bounty (162,000,000) by reversing the 6 and the 2...

On the other hand I think that Killer's symbolism with number 13 (death and bad luck) during the arc was not casual, should not be overlooked, and will possibly be presented as a pun in the bounty, so I'm still adding to the list the following bounties, with the second one as most likely:
- 1,013,000,000, around Kidd's current bounty x0,38
- 1,313,000,000, around Kidd's current bounty x0,44

So coming down to a conclusion I think the correct bet for Killer is included in that 300,000,000 range between the 2 cyphers I mentioned right above. But if we really want to narrow it down to 3 options, then we should take those 2 ends plus the one calculated before:
- 1,013,000,000 (Kidd's x0,38)
- 1,260,000,000 (Kidd's x0,42)
- 1,313,000,000 (Kidd's x0,44)

I might be right, I might be wrong. In both cases let me know by voting in the POLL, or commenting if you have a different opinion!

We'll probably come to know the truth in a month, and if by then one of my 3 predictions will reveal itself as the truth... Well, there's only one thing I'm gonna say...

Killer’s bounty = 855 million

Oda will give Killer and Zoro equal bounties and determine their bounty by adding King’s bounty (1.39B) and Hawkin’s bounty (0.32B) and then splitting it in half

After a little bit of research, I came to understand that my opinion of number 13 as the indicator of bad luck and death, while still valid, is heavily influenced by the western culture I come from.
In fact, numbers associated with death and bad luck in Japan are mostly 4 and 9. Here are some info found on Wikipedia:

"4 is unlucky because it is sometimes pronounced 'shi', which is the word for death. Sometimes levels or rooms with 4 don't exist in hospitals or hotels. Particularly in the maternity section of a hospital, the room number 43 is avoided because it can literally mean 'stillbirth'. (死産 - shizan: 死 - death/to die and 産 - childbirth/produce). In cars and racing, number 42 which sounds like shini (死に – to death) and 49, which sounds like shiku (死苦 - a painful death) are avoided."

"9 is sometimes pronounced ku — with the same pronunciation as agony or torture. Combs (kushi) are rarely given as presents as the name is pronounced the same as 9."

Now, even if I keep my 2 original predictions in the case Oda decides to go with the bad luck pun (1,013,000,000 or 1,313,000,000), there's also the possibility Oda will play with other numbers such as 949,000,000, 1,042,000,000 or 1,049,000,000...

This enlarges the possibilities quite a bit, but personally I'm still sticking with the 4 options I wrote in the poll.
