First of all before getting defensive, Battle Iq≠iq in general
He is on par with Judge and Vegapunk, wish oda made him more like a mad scientist

He definitely knows his way around tech but he's still one of the most retarded characters that Oda has created, how do you get cheapshotted so many times and do the same thing again, he shot himself twice for no reason.

IQ isn't the same thing as wisdom. He is clearly a scientific genius, as he is able to create all these fancy machines and weapons. But he lacks the wisdom to be a good commander.

Kaido doesn't have any wise Commander anyway
