On top of that Sanji received daddy power ups he didn't earn
And Queen nerfed himself by focusing on the whore
And sanji still collapsed because of how badly Queen whooped his ass.
I am really not sure if sanji can win against all our prep time Queen

Queen is stupid, that is the ansewer, you cant take their personalities away which is mostly the weakness of the one piece universe. Big Mom was also defeated due her personality.
While King, well Zoro could understand how his defense worked and even though there was no reason for King to turn off his flames, he still could put down Zoro.

They were great fights but IMO they needed to get expanded on.
I think Oda should've either given each fight 1 or 2 more chapters each or given King/Queen lesser opponents to show off their abilities earlier in the raid. Actually expose their abilities and all in again 1 chapter a Calamity, so we can get right into the conflict with Zoro/Sanji.
