King's was good at the beginning where he pummels Zoro, he's shown strong and then that's it
After he removed his mask, Oda didn't even bother to showcase his Haki or Zoan power even further, instead he just wanted to showcase Zoro cutting a dragon so King just stay there waiting to be sliced while spamming his fire dragon and he forget that he can use other attacks
Queen was a joke even since the beginning of the battle, in the flashbacks he's shown to use poison/plague coated in his weapon but here, he's just a cyborg with beams and copying some of Germa 's ability while shooting his own ass
Yes he's dealing damage to himself and no COO or even ability to evade his opponents attacks, he just take it all like Kaido and he lost
He has Mummy virus, He has Ice Oni, I was waiting for him to infect Sanji with Virus and Sanji using both his suit and his body heat counter the virus
But no, Sanji destroys his suit for nothing, and Queen lost thanks to his stupidity
Everything is so underwhelming, all Zoans got no awakening and it seems that the Paramecias got better durability than Ancient Zoans, I mean look at Law, Luffy Kid and even fucking Apoo, they got trashed and they recover quicker than any Ancient Zoans in the Beast Pirates crew
that I really hope Oda just remake everything

King fodderized too quickly after his weakness was revealed and to make matters worse Fire cutting is able to casually negate his strongest attack so we have no idea how strong it is
Queen was disappointing especially at the ending...randomly depending on germa abilities even though he wanted to be a better scientist than Judge

Queen v Sanji was forced. Oda trying to use Germa as a reason for them to fight was weak. Sanji did not care for Germa, so using that as a reason was dumb. On top of that as others stated, Queen did not use any plages against Sanji. King v Zoro was alright. For commanders, they pale in comparison to Katakuri.
Both missed their climax chapter.
Luffy vs Katakuri did it perfectly. As Luffy received his Powerup (after 11 hours of fighting!), both was equal in terms of power. And with 895 we got imo the best fighting chapter so far.
On the other hand Zoro and Sanji ended their fight very quickly, totaly overpowering their opponents after the power up. I would have imagined more struggle against billion+ enemies.
Luffy vs Katakuri did it perfectly. As Luffy received his Powerup (after 11 hours of fighting!), both was equal in terms of power. And with 895 we got imo the best fighting chapter so far.

Easily my two favorite commanders. Oda is focusing more on unimportant characters that he introduced instead of solely on the Beast Pirates and Straw Hats. There’s nothing intimidating nor threatening from King and Queen’s side. They should have the power of all the Haki types, and their battle against Zoro and Sanji is just meh. I mean I understand that Oda cannot draw fight choreographs, at least get some help from people who can do it, like Kishimoto, he’s close with him.
