King focus more in his natural lunarian powers than his DF power. His lunarian power is like having a very powerful and haxed DF power. It gives him flight, incredible strength, invisible speed, fire manipulation, high durability and endurance, and a near invincible mode.
Marco focus mostly in his DF. Thanks to his healing powers he can use his body to block attacks.

SHawk is not baby king, he is a Lunarian cyborg with Mihawk's sword abilities are downloaded. Ling doesn't have Mihawk's sword abilities.

Zolo needed 2 special swords + Haki to block a much weaker slash, SHawk wasn't going to cut a mountain there, he was restricted to not damage Egghead island.
