Zoro has a full HP bar health & king soundtrack be at 100% neither should queen because they took so much damge from Marco etc but I could be wrong since there df helps with fast recovery but how much health they gain back ??? Not sure

Or maybe oda is offscreening more of the fight so zoro got some new bruises. Your all encompassing, amazing zoro will be fine when he beats king since they're both fully healed as the story made it clear multiple times that Zoros would temporarily be healed back to 100%

Don't try to play this agenda that "even when injured and not 100% he can still beat a full health 1st commander" bullshit.

Oda wrote it in the story for zoro to go into this fight 100% with no nerfs or injuries & thats what it is.
