If you look carefully what king is wearing is actually different from Warden outfits. In fact I would go so far as to say even shiryu does not wear real warden outfit. All other prison guards except Shiryu have same symbol on their dresses. Shiryu uniform has a skull, King also has the same skull on his uniform. Any guesses, who else uses the same skull logo?
