Clearly an exaggeration to get close to actual point. Well maybe Ashura Zoro can 1v2 Law and Luffy depending on how long it lasts, both are one shot materials. Zoro is individually much stronger than Law but Gear 4th would require complete attention from Zoro and Law can land gamma knife. But Ashura probably means 360 Vision + 360 Defense so I don't think they are lasting much.

But that Tatsumaki point is just exaggerating to prove a point that current Zoro's Base Stats got huge boost.
