Speculations King & Queen were not imprisoned in Udon

These guys were still banged up. King even has small band aid on the face.
Plus this was clearly an ambush. An Admiral will do that if he has the element of surprise. In ideal situation either of them would put up a better fight. They can both use elements like fire and lasers which should be pretty effective against pants. Queen is yet to use plagues and poisons in a 1 vs 1 but infecting and withering the plants would surely be an option given he is a top 5 level genius scientist in the world.

King & Queen were the only Beast Pirates to leave Onigashima. If they were imprisoned, where are the rest of the Beast Pirates like Jack, Ulti, Page One, Who's Who, Sasaki, Maria? Why only show the 2 that were confirmed to have left Onigashima? Alliance went all the way back to arrest only King & Queen but didn't arrest the ones in Onigashima?
Udon was Queen's territory and he left Babanuki and others there to control the prison. Of course they would try to retreat to the last safe place they've got

They have alcohol with them
Babanuki being under Tama's power doesn't mean anything if she doesn't give him orders. He still acts on his own. Tama only asked him to lie to Queen about prisoners being not escaping
and Babanuki has Beast Pirate fodder with him that can't be brainwashed by Tama because they are humans, which means Babanuki is still with the Beast Pirates
(and it's not like Babanuki poses any danger to King & Queen lmao)

A few more things I've noticed:
1. They are now called King-san and Queen-san, not sama like before. However this is still respectful, even if a bit less.
2. King is missing both wings. Zoro only cut half of the right one. What happened to them? Did King choose to remove both by choice? If so, why? If he was imprisoned it could have been done to him so he wouldn't escape either when he was unconcious or as a result of the prison's former rules (disobey us and we amputate your limbs), although I find the latter somewhat unlikely.
3. King was the only one not shriveling by Ryokugyu's actions. His body is different. Ryokugyu had to wrap his roots as ropes around him to hold him down. He could pierce him because he had no fire (why?) and no wings to protect himself. However, Zoro's cuts on his torso from a week ago healed leaving no scar. My bet is he would be the first to release himself now that Ryokugyu's gone.

We know Luffy, he probably would have said, and his crew knows, the shall stay quiet and peaceful, then they can stay there till healed up and leave.
He even would have told them they are welcome to party if they say sorry. So… it’s probably on purpose that they are there.
With jack & co not around, could probably mean what I theorize about since months/years. Some of the beast pirates join other crew, like kids. So they could be already with them.

He's being restricted by Greenbull around his body, which means his wings too

In this panels King is only now getting stabbed, you literally see the symbol showing the impact. Greenbull didn't even begin draining him

When his wings are folded, they are higher than his head. If what you say is true, at least his healthy left wing should have been somewhat visible. Unless Ryokugyu broke them off somehow.
King is only now getting stabbed? Perhaps. I don't see Queen wrapped up so tightly for the root to penetrate. And if so, Queen should have been shown first. The fact is, King is the only one not shown to be drained while everyone in the panels before and after are. We can only assume whether Ryokugyu managed to drain him eventually or not.
