This is a bit cliche but I think King scales depending on how pissed he is. The more pissed he is the crazier and stronger his attacks are becoming.

He fully looks like he would be Birkan/Shandorian. And Birkan/Shandorian people are from the moon. So Lunarians are deffo also from the moon. Probably the clan that were the leaders until they all casted down to earth.
