Sanjis feats and portrayal put him below any SN by a good margin and only the strong SN are able to take on King 1v1.

King is already massively hyped. Sanji hasn’t shown any new techniques are power ups in the new world not including bells memories

Similarly how Kaido is the biggest wall for Luffy and Zoro to train their haki to punch/cut him, King is the same for Sanji regarding his fire power. Fire won't work on someone who is resistant and normal kicks don't do much to ancient zoans.
