Zoro is not stronger one anymore if you faint to Kamazou. He won't handle him unlike Sanji who taken on tougher enemies.

Everyone has a sword. That is non factor just like Sanji face King because of one thing being flames. Him and Sanji got more stuff in common than Zoro does.

Plus Sanji got more qualities to face King while Zoro is set for Orochi as writing shows.

P.S. Queen isn't a Okama judging how he been acting especially interest in opposite gender.

Queen's bounty was revealed way before King's (which hasn't been revealed).

But yeah, anyone who thinks Sanji fights a stronger opponent than Zoro is delusional. If Sanji fights King, then Zoro's fighting Kaido or Big Mom, not someone weaker.

Let see how it goes. But for Oda to do Zoro that low, can't see overcome YC by himself without major backup to fight with him. Sanji is fine on his side given performance to see him facing one even solo.
