General & Others Kizaru and Lucci lost but weren’t defeated

The first round technically was a tie for Luffy vs Kizaru. Second fight Luffy did won.

Lucci would have lost to zoro anyways had the fight continued. Lucci was barely walking after zoro's attack.

Both won the fight but didn’t fully defeat their opponent. Both are obviously in bad shape but regardless both are still conscious

And Kizaru stopped fighting as soon as his goal was accomplished.

Even if he accomplished his mission why did he not prevent himself from almost dying cause if he had landed in the ocean he will be dead and he did not know the ship was there

Because he was in no danger of dying? He can literally fly if he needs to.

Kizaru has literally only alluded to the pain of killing punk for his reason for not fighting more.

If Kizaru wanted to he could keep fighting; but he doesn’t want to so why should he?

It’s always pretty telling when someone tries to count Luffy grabbing Kizaru from behind after the latter had already killed Vegapunk as a “fight.”

Even more amusing is the tell-tale omission of Luffy needing someone else to feed him an entire feast to even get up while Kizaru was kicking his friends.
