Quick remind that all marines from Vice Admiral and above ranks knows techniques like Soru and Sanjis sky walk and blue walk are based on that.

And since DF users don't get that much weak on water. Luffy was fighting good with his DF powers. Kizaru could have used sort or even his DF powers to get out after falling on sea.

Oda really nerfed sea that much. Is it even relevant if people fall on it?

When? in FMI he was in a bubble and the danger was if the bubble burst Luffy is done
Because Luffy doesn't have the techniques Kizaru has to get out there. Although at time we didn't knew he could go G4 and "fly" away. Actually he could even stretch and pull himself to somewhere else. But anyway that was deep water not surface.

Said who? How he got out of it?

No, now you're going to far, Kizaru just like the other df users can't do anything under sea water. Otherwise he wouldn’t even have bothered stopping his fall
I'm not saying just kizaru. Anyone with Soru techniques and DF is capable of doing that like Sanji has blue walk.

Luffy fought underwater already.

No shit. It doesnt mean you have the power to do anything. Kairoseki doesnt nullify DF powers, it saps strength. Big Mom could not break her handcuffs or fight in them
Kairoseki is different from sea water. Is stronger. Denser.

Kairoseki does nullify DF powers. And you can't make it weaker so DF user can still do hard work with it.

Luffy's a paramecia, he's rubber 24/7, water won't change his body so he can still stretch. Kizaru would be incapable of moving in the water, if he could just dip in, there'd be no need to redirect his trajectory and evade the water. Devil fruit users can't move in water, we literally see Jack, a fishman just float in the water, Kizaru ain't flying out, he'd succumb to his power being drained.

Headcanon, never stated Kairoseki is more effective than the sea lmao.

It does not....you literally just stated Luffy stretched underwater. It makes the user too weak to do anything.

Blackbeards devil fruit is the only thing that nullify's powers, nothing else.

All the admirals are immune to Sea.

Akainu
Magma solidifies when water is brought into contact. He simply throw magma and stand on it.

Aokiji
Can literally freeze the sea

Kizaru
Fly lmao

Aramaki
Simply throw a log and stand on it , it's that easy.

Fujitora

With Kairoseki he can't stretch his body.

If Luffy can use his DF powers underwater, even fighting. Kizaru may as well.

And like I'm saying he can also use Soru techniques.
