Honest questions: Have any of the Logia owners awakend their df? Can a Logia be awakened or is it automatically at its full capacity with the user just needing to learn to master the df?

He's actually portrayed to be the brightest of the pretimeskip admirals; he was depicted studying tons of books as a kid and is the closest to the science division (to the point Sentomaru treats him in an honorific way). Only because he speaks slowly doesn't mean he is dumb.

Currently there is only one person with awakening and Acoc, who is Luffy, Oda can choose to keep him that way to make him unique, considering that not even Whitebeard, Kaidou, and the other great pirates haven't awakened his fruit... With that, the great possibility of Kizaru being awakened and having Acoc is very low, on the other hand he can be more of a Kid, Doflamingo, Katakuri, awakened but with basic COC.

False, since Kaido never said it was only for zoan DF. In fact, he didnt even know Luffy had a zoan, he thought what everyone thought, a paramecia DF.

It's possible that Oda will give admirals awakening and not advCoC and give the yonko advCoC but not awakening and then have Luffy be the legendary outlier who achieves both. Blackbeard is also an outlier but it's too soon to say anything about him...
