It's unrealistic lmaoo
Kizaru was shown to be on the ground thinking about Sento and Bonney, this was before Luffy get's his food.
So at the split second he dip and comeback packing those foods to Luffy and then went back to his spot without anyone notice??.........
Coz he's a speed of light?? Nowhere Kizaru has done any of that instant multi activities feats even if he's a light man.
It would be weird writing too and illogical for story standard.
When the Navy Soldiers were about to put sea stone cuffs on Luffy under Saturns order that's when Kizaru was shown to have internal monologue not because he's the one who gives the food but was planning something else (intervened??) so that the Luffy could get recovered without disturbance from people around them.......... a secret betrayal.

Just saw the ramen bowl let's remember how those machine work Kizaru had to order the food . SO him ordering ramen make 100% sense .Since its his favorite foods.

Also the navy about to shoot Bonney got blowed up by 2 explosions(saturn don't even looked like he noticed ) might be kuma but kuma attack is the same as kizaru laser .
So Kizaru might realy well be helping us while faking being down .

I’m starting to think Kizaru is an undercover working with the Revolutionary army and is the very first member and a close marine friend of Dragon.
Just think about it, he could’ve easily captured or kill Luffy but you could see he was only stalling and trolling in Saboady and Marineford.
In Saboady, he told Sengoku that he wanted to handle it and brought Sentomaru with him but it was all about stopping WG from using buster call. Like Aokiji who saved Luffy from Akainu by making it look like he hurt him because he’s Garb’s grandson.
