Kizaru laid flattened on the ship, nowhere has the chance to have the den den mushi.
All the 5 elders who can sense life force not knowing it was under Kizaru all along who was just laying on the ship openly.....would be rubbish.

They were tracking the snail based on sensing "life".........the Robot appears to be "alive" right at the moment. After vanquishing all life possible, then they sense the only one remaining which is the indestructible Robot then that's when they knew they're completely f**k.
OR
it could be on one of the Seraphims.
OR
implanted on the mother flame enclosure.
Something they can't do much about even after finding out.
Kizaru is the least possible......

I personally think the broadcast snail is inside the ancient robot. That garbage robot is completely useless rn.

However I really dig the idea that Kizaru knew about this from the very beginning.

What if Kizaru actually was on Vegapunk’s side all along and the plan was for him to kill Stella all along to activate the broadcast and for the plan is for all the Vegapunks to die and for only one(Lilith) to survive?

What are the odds? Why did Shaka predicted that he would die? Because him dying is planned

Kizaru having second thoughts about killing Bonney, Kuma, Sentomaru and Vegapunk is just bait from Oda - trust me in this. We will see someone from the WG changing sides this arc - but it will not be Kizaru. Kizaru will remain loyal to the WG and acts therefore as the antagonistic mirror to the actual subject, who already has changed sides - Lucci.
